System requirements for a computer to install the program: Microsoft Windows operating system, .Net Framework 4.6.1.

To complete the installation of the GIS-ABP client application, you will need administrator rights.

ZIP-archive “GISAPB.zip”

If you already have .Net Framework compatible with 4.6.1 and Microsoft Installer installed on your machine, skip this step.

Download and unzip the “GISABP.zip” file.

The GISABP.zip archive includes:

- Files to install .Net Framework 4.6.1:

- DotNetFX461 \ NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe;

- DotNetFX461 \ NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-RUS.exe;

- File setup.exe;

- File GIS-ABP-1.0.msi.

To install .Net Framework 4.6.1, do the following in turn:

- DotNetFX461\ NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU.exe;

- DotNetFX461\ NDP461-KB3102436-x86-x64-AllOS-RUS.exe;

If your machine already has a version of .Net Framework compatible with 4.6.1, you will see the message: .NET Framework 4.6.1 or later update is already installed on this computer. In this case, you can skip the steps to install .Net 4.6.1.

Run setup.exe as administrator.

MSI-file “GIS-ABP-1.0.msi”

If you skipped the previous step, download and run GIS-ABP-1.0.msi from the local disk.

If, when starting GIS-ABP-1.0.msi, a message stating that there are no administrator rights appears, run the Command Prompt as administrator.

At the command prompt, type

- CD [path to the folder with the file GIS-ABP-1.0.msi], press Enter;

- Enter “GIS-ABP-1.0 msi” (the name of the msi file in double quotes), press Enter.

OR

- “[full path to the folder and file name GIS-ABP-1.0.msi]” (in double quotes), press Enter.

Client application setup process

In the installation window that opens, click Next.

Here is a screen for selecting the folder in which the program will be installed. By default, this is C: \ Program Files (x86) \ ABP \ GIS-ABP \. If necessary, specify another folder or select it by clicking the Browse button.

Click Next to continue.

The program is being installed.

Read the terms of the License Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, click "I do not accept" and the installation of the program will be canceled. If you agree, click “Accept” to continue.

Select the application mode.

- Operator - limited functionality, changing data file settings, editing data and executing most analytical commands are not available;

- Developer - data editing is allowed. Changing the settings of data files and the execution of some analytical commands are not available;

- Administrator - a full set of functionality. Allowed to change data file settings, edit data, and execute all analytical commands.

Installation completed. Click Close.

The icon for launching the GIS-ABP client application is available on the desktop.
